A contemporary family house in Hertfordshire, reimagined from the shell outwards. Working alongside the architect and interior designer from the earliest drawings, we designed and installed the complete integrated home — intelligent lighting inside and out, the full electrical infrastructure, security, access control and a dedicated media room. Every keypad, driver and cable run was planned in advance so that the technology answers instantly and disappears entirely: cove and stair lighting that shifts through the day, a façade that comes alive at dusk, and a single, quiet gesture to move the house from morning to evening.

We designed and installed the lighting, electrical, security, access control and dedicated media rooms across the scheme, so every property arrives ready for modern living.

A newly built brick family house set within West Sussex countryside, where the approach itself is part of the experience. We designed and installed the integrated home — intelligent lighting inside and out, the full electrical infrastructure, security and access control — coordinating every driver, sensor and cable run with the build so nothing is seen and everything answers instantly. At dusk the drive, orchard and façade lift together in a single warm gesture, arriving guests welcomed before a door is opened.
